How Do I Order Items on ZaharaMall?
There's nothing simpler than ordering on ZaharaMall. You don't need an account to place an order, but having an account expedites your purchases and returns and gives you access to order history and exclusive perks. If you don't have an account, you can still place the desired items in your cart, select checkout, and insert your details before completing the purchase.
Can I Order From Different Vendors?
Yes. ZaharaMall is a hub for all things authentically African. We've made it easy to support African brands and artisans by allowing you to shop from dozens of vendors and check out all your items simultaneously.
What Happens When I Place an Order?
Once you place your order, the vendor is notified and your order is fulfilled. The fulfillment period is the time it takes for the vendor to prepare your order; this can vary from 72 hrours to 14 days. On completion of the fulfillment process, you order(s) is shipped to you through DHL or any of our shipping partners. The delivery period will depend on the products in your order, your delivery location and your choice of shipping option.
" or "Bespoke" items, ZaharaMall processes your order, notifying the vendor/s of your purchase. After receiving your item/s, we'll ship your complete order through DHL. The process can take up to 10 business days.
For "Off the Shelf" items, ZaharaMall prepares your order and processes the shipping information within 72 hours before sending it to you via DHL.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
ZaharaMall accepts credit, debit, and digital wallets; this includes Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe. We are continuing to add payment methods to improve your shopping experience.
